Upon placing an order with Whippy Weddings you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. 



All items and designs are copyright of Whippy Weddings and you are not permitted to publish or copy any content without permission. Where images are used from other designers their copyright information is contained within the description of each design.

If you are supplying your own wording for an order it is your responsibility to seek copyright permissions on any material you supply to us for your order. Whippy Weddings will not be held liable against any action brought against it by breach of a third party’s copyright.


Our prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. If you have placed an order with us please note that it will be fulfilled at the price quoted to you upon ordering.


For wedding stationery 50% non refundable deposit is required upon ordering, once you have approved your design you will need to pay for the remainder of your order before any work will commence on printing of your stationery.

You are more than welcome to add more items to your order at a later date.

Design Approval/Proofreading

You will receive a PDF proof before your design goes to print. Please check this carefully for any spelling mistakes.

We will try to ensure that your proof is correct, however it is your responsibility to carefully check your proofs for spelling mistakes and other errors. Once you have confirmed your proof we will not be held liable for any mistakes discovered at a later date. You will have to pay if you require your order to be reprinted.


In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order the following terms apply:

Within 48 hours: Full refund

After 48 hours: You will lose your deposit plus any monies spent on the design and production of your stationery


Whilst we aim to stick to the estimates given, life sometimes gets in the way and delays can happen due to illness, supply issues etc. In the event of any unforseen circumstances I will keep you informed of any delay to your order.

Wedding Stationery will be sent via courier to an address of your choosing.


We hope you will be delighted with your order from us. If upon receipt of your order you find there are missing or faulty items please do get in touch as soon as possible so that we can send out replacements as soon as possible.
Due to the fact that we produce to order, individual, handmade, custom items we are unable to offer a refund if you decide you don’t like your order.


Each and every item we create is individual so there will be slight variations in items. This is all part of the handmade fun!
Also remember that colours vary on screen to print, we will send you a PDF proof of your wedding stationery prior to printing. If you require a printed sample there will be an additional cost of £10.
